Event Rentals

By renting equipment from Grandeur Events & Design, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Booking

   Reservations are confirmed only upon payment of the required deposit or full payment, as agreed.

2. Payment

   All outstanding balances must be paid before equipment is delivered or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rental Period

   Rental items must be returned or made available for collection at the agreed date and time. Late returns may attract additional rental charges.

4. Delivery & Collection

   Delivery, setup, dismantling, and collection services are provided only if included in the quotation. The Client shall ensure easy access to the venue at the agreed times.

5. Care of Equipment

   The Client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or collection until they are returned and accepted by the Company. Equipment must be used properly and kept in good condition.

6. Loss or Damage

   The Client shall be liable for the repair or replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period. To secure this obligation, the Client shall pay a refundable caution deposit before the commencement of the rental. The caution deposit shall be refunded in full upon the return and inspection of all rented items, provided they are returned in good condition. Where any loss or damage is identified, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from the caution deposit, and the Client shall remain liable for any balance exceeding the amount of the deposit.

7. Cleaning

   Rental items should be returned reasonably clean. Excessive cleaning due to food residue, stains, wax, paint, glitter, or similar materials may attract additional cleaning charges.

8. Cancellation

   Booking deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the Company’s approval and may incur additional charges.

9. Ownership

   All rental items remain the property of Grandeur Events & Design at all times.

10. Liability

    Grandeur Events & Design shall not be liable for injuries, damages, delays, or losses arising from the misuse of rented equipment or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Force Majeure

    The Company shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Acceptance

    By signing the Rental Agreement, accepting a quotation, or making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
